Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

We ship via Evri. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification so you can follow your order. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over £20 — Free shipping
• Orders under £20 — £3.99 flat rate

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goodalls.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos where possible. We'll get it sorted as quickly as we can.
